Advances in information technology and the growth of the internet have revolutionized how consumers research and buy services and products. So many of us now look for the product or service we seek on the internet first.
I've not used the Yellow Pages now for years. I'll go to Yahoo or Google first instead. If the service I seek has got a good website, I can learn so much more than I can from any advert or directory entry.
